Kingsa Industrisdfses has large, medium and small fabrication building to handle any size job. Kingsa has devoted the smaller buildings on the compound to small assembly fabrication and finishing. The large, 40,000 sq. ft. indoor fabrication facility is primarily used to fabricate Oil Field equipment. Such as the manifolds for FRAC trucks shown in the pictures below.

MANIFOLD FABRICATION AREAS

Kingsa has the resources to paint, coat or plate all the common, known protective finishes. Kingsa also fabricates Manways, primary covers for vacuum trucks and secondary tanks for the vacuum trucks at the other end of the facility. Both the Manifolds and the Manways require extensive welding. Kingsa has a large staff of qualified welders on board.

MANWAY FABRICATION AREA

Kingsa also has a large outdoor fabrication area. The fabrication yard has been used to make medium sized platforms as shown in the picture on the left below.  On the right, Kingsa is constructing a 20,000 sq. ft. storage area.

Kingsa also fabricates systems as large as the overhead cranes used in the shipping yards. The individual pieces for the crane were fabricated at our Kingsa facility and assembled on site by our customer.
