Kingsa Industries (USA) Inc. can offer our customers both open die and closed die forgings. We are very familiar with both processes. We offer a verity of materials to choose from to meet the requirements of your products. Some of the materials we handle on a daily basis are carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum. Kingsa owns the tooling for many products made by both open die and closed processes. Kingsa’s forging process starts back at the mill selecting only the highest quality materials for the process. Our quality control people will follow the material all the way through the mill process until it is delivered to our forging partner. Kingsa stores our open and closed die tooling at the forging facility.  Once again, the Kingsa quality control staff will follow the material through the forging process to insure the quality of the forging.
