Kingsa Industries employs the most rigid quality control practices found in the industry, including raw materials, forging process, and heat treatment. Kingsa Industries works directly with the steel mills and one-hundred percent of all incoming material is inspected and verified. Additionally, by developing close relationships with the steel mills, we can offer custom-melt uniquely suited to our customer's application.
Kingsa prepares each piece of material by implementing strict identification practices so accurate traceability can be achieved throughout the life-cycle of the product. In addition, a percentage of each lot of forgings is thoroughly tested prior to being issued for "Manufacturing" and "production". This process greatly increases the quality and ensures each forging meets all required specifications.
